QUALITY CONTROL

Precise step to make KB PVB reach the international level

01 / SYSTEMATIC

We have been recognised by ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949. All PVB rolls have to undergo a series of inspection before delivery to assure achievement of international quality level such as ECER-43, ANSI Z97.1, EN12543, etc.

02 / MECHANICAL

We emphasize the communication with customers by our professional door-to-door technical support. On site technical services can be arranged anytime and anywhere to maximize customers' production efficiency.

03 / SERVICES

KB equips with standard nip-rolling machine, autoclave and vacuum machine to allow us following the production parameter of customers. These glass production machineries also strengthen our ability in R&D to improve our products.

The central QC lab connects directly to our production clean room. PVB can be tested immediately after production by more than 20 testing items to ensure best quality.

Ball drop test determines the safety performance of PVB film. We guarantee all PVB can fully fulfill the safety requirement of all auto OEM models and high class architectural projects.

Bake and boil test determine the durability of laminated glass. We perform these test based on top OEM model requirements which is much stricter than normal standard.

Every lot of PVB production are required to perform nip rolling test by our stanard pre-pressing machine. We can also follow customers' production parameter for R&D and study.

All raw materials including PVA, butyral, plasticizer are tested before usage. These testing items determine the dubility, optical and safety performance of PVB film.

KB has online and offline infra-red moisture control as well as the most accurate Karl Fischer titration for PVB moisture test. All these ensure the stability of PVB adhesive.

3000 hours radiation exposure test is the best judgement items of 10 years UV resistance. We are at the same level in UV resistance compared to other famous PVB brand.

We have complete glass deep processing's simulation production equipment! Mezzanine glass products meet international standards, such as ECE R-43, ANSI Z97.1, EN12543, etc.
